Cancellation Policy

At SHELLA LINE, each item is carefully prepared and processed upon order confirmation. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once payment has been successfully completed.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day Refund or Exchange Policy for items that have manufacturing defects or faults that cannot be repaired.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

Please note:

  • Refunds or exchanges are not available for issues related to personal preference, change of mind, or incorrect sizing selected by the customer.
  • If a sizing issue can reasonably be adjusted or altered, the item may be corrected and returned to the customer rather than refunded.

SHELLA LINE reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving a refund or exchange request.
